GENERAL TERMS

1. All offers on the site may change without any prior notice.
2. Any offer will be binding only after 50% of the payment has been completed as required by us.
3. All sales will be completed in the Republic of Maldives; subject to local taxes and administration.
4. Customers are instructed to retain a copy of transaction records and your Policies and Rules.

REFUND POLICY

1. Customers are entitled to a full refund 65 (sixty-five) days or earlier, prior to the date of travel for a full refund, minus third-party processing fees. (We will not make a profit off the sale).
2. Where the duration is less than 65 (sixty-five) days, refunds are entirely in our discretion.

CARD TRANSACTIONS

1. You're advised to retain a copy of the receipt for all payments.
2. Credit card and debit card payments are processed by using the Maldives Payment Gateway of Bank of Maldives Plc where appropriate. You will be re-directed from our Website once you are ready to make the payment and enter card information. We will not be able to see, capture or store your card details and any other information you may enter at the Maldives Payment Gateway. All communications between our website and the Maldives Payment Gateway are encrypted using the TLS/SSL protocol.
3. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. We do not store, retain or otherwise keep credit and debit card details of the customer. These information must be supplied to payment processing partners which may include, but are not limited to banks and e-payment processor. We will not be able to see, capture or store any details or information you may enter there.

1. We may collect full names, travel document and other identifying data for persons utilizing our services. This information is collected to facilitate travel and will be used only for the intended purpose. At no point would we share your data with a third-party unrelated to the specific arrangements of your choosing.
2. We use your personal information mainly to provide the service to you and to deliver any misplaced items and to support our business functions. These business functions include order and service fulfillment, marketing, authentication, loss and fraud prevention, and legal functions
3. We may periodically send promotional email about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.
4. You can choose to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. This may prevent you from taking full advantage of the website.
